The world needs more Changemakers right now. Each one of us has the power to effect change in the world, within us. To create a sustainable future and leave a legacy, as Changemakers we need to be willing to shine our light on and have our voices heard for the causes we hold dear. Making change happen is hard though, so let's come together, share resources and create a community of support for each other because we are stronger together.
Authentic Leadership requires us to not only know ourselves but also to be true to ourselves. Therein lies the difficulty.
